Health Science Professionals Learning Community

A First-Year Learning Community

About

The Health Science Professionals (HSP) Learning Community (LC) is designed for first-year students pursuing majors and career pathways within the health sciences, including allied health, biology, chemistry, and other pre-health professions programs.

This LC is committed to supporting students academically, professionally, and personally as they begin their journey toward careers in healthcare and related fields. Through collaborative learning, intentional programming, and early career exploration opportunities, students will build a strong foundation for future success in health professions programs and careers.

The HSP LC encourages students to engage critically with current healthcare issues, develop research and communication skills, and explore the social and systemic factors that impact health outcomes within diverse communities.
