Ethics 

Procurement Services adheres to the Code of Virginia, Ethics in Public Contracting, Article 6Vendors or future contract vendors may desire or provide gifts including food, meals, samples, etc. to university employees.   The University deems this as inappropriate; therefore, University employees cannot accept gifts of any kind from vendors. 

Transparency

The University utilizes the eVA transparency reports to provide taxpayers access to its spend information.  Visit the eVA website.
