Frank T. Elliott is an Instructor of Music at NSU where he oversees the piano instruction of more than one hundred music majors each semester. Mr. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, a Master of Music degree in Music Education, and a Certificate of Online Instruction from Norfolk State University. He is currently a doctoral student at Boston University conducting dissertation research on piano pedagogy in higher education. He also serves the larger NSU community as a member of the Curriculum Committee for the College of Liberal Arts. He serves on the Board of Directors for Dance Dimensions, a Hampton Roads music and dance academy. For almost twenty years, he has served as Director of Music for the historic Third Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Virginia.
