Earl Bynum is a motivational speaker, event host, workshop clinician, music producer, and CEO of Lrae Entertainment. His songwriting skills, vocal arranging creativity and gospel music artistry has elevated him as one of the most recognized leaders in music and ministry.

While attending Norfolk State University, Bynum became the first freshman to lead the gospel choir. He is also the Executive Minster of Music at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA and Elizabeth City, NC.

Bynum and The Mount Unity Choir took home a 2014 Stellar Gospel Music Award for Contemporary Choir of the Year for their debut CD/DVD Bishop K.W. Brown Presents Earl Bynum and The Mount Unity Choir Live. The album debuted on Billboard Current Top 40 Gospel Albums Chart at #8 and boasted a Top 30 Gospel Radio single.

Bynum was recently appointed as the National Chair of the Alliance of Gospel Music Professionals by the National Board of The Gospel Music Workshop of America.
