Bio
Dr. Jill Ardley is an associate professor of the Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education (EESE) Department. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on curriculum and instruction, child development multiculturalism, and classroom management. Her greatest passion and present and former service is recruiting and retaining teacher candidates of color to broaden the diversity of Pre-K through 12th grade educators in the United States.
