Email Signature

Integrating the  Now is Our Time: The Campaign for Norfolk State University signature graphic into your emails can have a powerful impact on raising awareness and support for our fundraising campaign. Using the special email signature can lead to increased visibility, conversation, and action in support of the campaign.  Please use this special signature until December 2025 when the campaign ends.

Adding the email signature:

1. Click copy signature below
2. Open your outlook and click the View tab > View Settings > Compose & Reply
3. Add new signature > give a name > paste in the signature below.
4. Edit the information + the email address and save.

Easy Ways to Promote the Campaign on Social Media

  Post with #NowIsOurTime and tag NSU’s channels on Facebook, X, and Instagram. Share your gift and encourage others to support NSU. 
   
• Display!
  Add the “I Gave to the Now Is Our Time Campaign” Badge on your social media or email. Create a video about why you give and inspire others to donate to meaningful programs, teams, or funds. 
   
• Be Creative!
