Brief description of internship job: As a member of the DRAM Product engineering team, my responsibilities were assisting my mentor to test DRAM dies before and after encapsulation packaging, writing testing protocols by which Dies are graded into grade 1, grade 2 etc. I was in charge of investigating claims made by customers when they return dies under my mentor, to find out what wrong with them in order to adjust the testing protocols to catch future occurrence.
