Have a question or need assistance? The Office of Student Advocacy and Family Relations is here to help. To report a concern, please complete the Online Concern Form below and provide as much detail as possible. Students requesting Emergency Fund Assistance should complete the Emergency Fund Assistance Request Form and submit all required documentation. We strive to respond within 48–72 hours (three business days). Please note that more complex concerns or high-volume periods, such as registration, may require additional processing time.
