QEP Committee Meeting Minutes
The QEP Committee Meeting Minutes represent the written record of what was discussed and agreed upon during a Quality Enhancement Plan Committee meeting. The Minutes are presented to inform the public and all stakeholders, especially, faculty, staff and students, about what occurred during the meeting, keep a written record of what was decided during the meeting, and use it to inform future decisions
The QEP Committee Meeting Minutes include the following information:
- Date, time and location of the meeting.
- The purpose of the meeting.
- Names of attendees.
- Agenda items.
- Decisions that were made.
- Actions that need to be done, including the deadline and who it was assigned.
- Follow-up meeting.
