Ernest M. Hodge is an entrepreneur with a business philosophy of being a leader in the marketplace all while achieving high customer satisfaction, good employee relations, and excellent community involvement. Mr. Hodge graduated from Norfolk State University in 1975 with a degree in Business. He also attended the General Motors Dealer Development Academy in Flint, Michigan.

Hodge is currently the CEO/President and Owner of Heritage Automotive Group and Co-CEO of March/Hodge Automotive Group. He also owns Heritage Cadillac in Morrow, GA; Heritage Pre-Owned Supercenter in Morrow, GA; Heritage Collision Repair Center in Morrow, GA; Heritage VW in Lithia Springs, GA; Heritage VW South Atlanta, GA; Infinity of South Atlanta, GA; Tradition Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC in Newark, NY; and Tradition Chevrolet/Buick in Geneva, NY. He is a member of the General Motors Minority Dealers Association through the Heritage Cadillac Dealership.

He also is a member of 100 Black Men of Atlanta and a member of the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame and ranked #1 in Black Enterprise as a Top 100 Minority owned automobile dealership.
