Dr. Webb has elevated the Spartan brand through bold visibility initiatives, including the landmark hiring of Head Football Coach Michael Vick, national exposure on ESPN’s First Take, Good Morning America, BET, and Nike’s Yardrunners campaign, as well as participation in premier HBCU showcases such as the MEAC/SWAC Challenge and Circle City Classic. International competition opportunities have also expanded the global footprint of Norfolk State Athletics.
A proven strategist and operator, Dr. Webb has directed more than $5 million in facility upgrades, including video boards, locker room renovations, the court at Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall, and turf replacement at Dick Price Stadium. She has strengthened corporate partnerships, enhanced revenue generation, and deepened community and alumni engagement.
