A Discipline Clearance or Dean Certification occurs when a student submits the proper form to the Dean of Students office to report the NSU disciplinary record to an interested educational institution (graduate or professional schools) or government agency. A Discipline Clearance also occurs when a member of the federal government requests information regarding a student. In either case, a release authorization is required.

  • All forms must be submitted five to ten (5-10) business days prior to the requested deadline.
