It is our mission to provide the Norfolk State University community with timely and efficient Mail Services. Please comply with the following procedures and guidelines to ensure optimal customer service.

Student Services Center, Room 103
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Postal Eligibility of Service
- Residence: Students must live in an NSU residence hall in order to receive a mailbox.
POSTAL INFORMATION
- Mail Services processes USPS mail only.
- Students receiving mail should have packages addressed in this format; Student Name (no nicknames) and student id number, Norfolk State University 700 Park Ave, Norfolk Virginia 23504.
- Students in Spartan Suites should have packages addressed in this format; Student Name and student id number, Norfolk State University 2601 Corprew Ave Norfolk, Virginia 23504.
- Postage for personal use is not provided by the university. However, USPS provides a pre-paid label service called Click-N-Ship via usps.com website, or the closest post office is located at 600 Church St Norfolk VA 23501.
- USPS will pick up at 4:00PM, please have all mail dropped off by 3:45PM.
- If expecting packages from FedEx, Amazon Delivery, UPS, or DHL you will pick up packages from the Central Warehouse (757-823-8862). Located directly behind the Tennis Complex next to Facilities Management. Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
