Our team guides the financial management and business operations. We have the primary responsibility of providing and maintaining fiscal operations for all university capital and non-capital projects, budget development, financial accounting, procurement of goods and services, and maintaining storeroom operations.
Capital Planning and Improvements
Capital Planning and Improvements is responsible for the development of the real property of the university. The department directly manages a wide array of renovation and improvements for existing buildings, oversees all aspects of the construction of new facilities, and ensures that the University's architectural and engineering standards are maintained.
Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management
Execute compliance and prevention activities that contribute to the overall health, safety and welfare of the campus community and the natural environment. Identify and manage existing or potential liability issues.
