Title IX at NSU aims to ensure that students, employees, and visitors are operating in an environment free of sexual harassment and discrimination based on sex. Sexual harassment per NSU policy is defined as conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:

At NSU, Title IX is administered by AEO. Incidents surrounding sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, pregnancy and parenting support, retaliation against a person for reporting any forms of sexual harassment or discrimination.
