Semester Application Schedule

Fall 2026 Mini-Term
The housing application for the fall 2026 mini term opens September 15, 2026, and will close on October 1st.

Spring 2027 Housing Application
The housing application for the spring 2027 term opens October 15, 2026, and is due no later than November 1st.  

Intent to Return/Renew
Fall 2026 Residents that want to return to the spring 2027 term can file their Intent to Return/Renew from beginning October 15, 2026, and is due no later than November 1st. 

Housing Application criteria

First-Time Students

  • Freshmen, Transfer, and Graduate Students
  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of application.
  • Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours before classes begin.

Returning Students

  • Students must be registered for classes and enrolled in at least 12 credit hours to live on campus.
  • Exceptions apply to graduate students and seniors graduating that term.
  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of application

 

How to begin?

To begin the housing application process, please read the information below carefully and complete the entire process. Your housing application will not be considered complete until you have submitted the finished housing application and paid the appropriate housing deposit. Both the housing application and the deposit must be received by the respective deadline to guarantee housing. Housing deposits are non-refundable.

Where To Apply

The housing application is available through the Housing Self-service portal.

The Housing Self-Service portal is compatible with most popular web browsing software, except for Apple Safari. This includes the most recent and commonly used versions of:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
