Scholarships are gifts. They do not need to be repaid. There are thousands offered by schools, employers, individuals, private companies, nonprofits, communities, religious groups, and professional and social organizations.

HBCU Heroes Scholarship
Empower HBCU students to compete in corporate America, big-tech, entertainment, healthcare/wellness, sports management, entrepreneurial pathways and more to make significant financial strides.

TMCF
Established in 1987, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community. TMCF member-schools include the publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). 

UNCF Scholarships
UNCF is the nation’s largest private scholarship provider to minority group members. Each year, we award more than $100 million in scholarships to students attending more than 1,100 schools across the country.

Architecture and Building Construction Majors

  • Architecture Registration Exam (ARE)
    From college scholarships to financial support for the Architect Registration Exam (ARE), we offer several programs that support the academic and professional pursuits of the next generation of architects. 

Business, Finance and/or Economic Majors

  • Ranzy Gammal Memorial Scholarship
    Applicants must be enrolled in or applying for an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in project management, and/or a field that benefits from project management.

  • Domo Scholarship for Business Management
    The Domo Scholarship for Business Management program, launched this year, was designed to help the next generation of leaders compete as data’s role in day-to-day business rapidly increases in both practice and importance.

Criminal Justice Majors


Education Majors

  • American Federation of Teachers
    This program offers four 4-year, $8,000 post-secondary scholarships to students who are dependents of AFT members, as well as 10 one-time $1,000 grants to AFT members to assist with their continuing education.
  • National Education Association
    The NEA-Retired Jack Kinnaman Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of Jack Kinnaman, Vice President and former Advisory Council member of NEA-Retired


Ethnic Scholarships

  • Hispanic Scholarship Fund
    This program offers four 4-year, $8,000 post-secondary scholarships to students who are dependents of AFT members, as well as 10 one-time $1,000 grants to AFT members to assist with their continuing education.
  • Latino College Dollars
    Our website is the only all-encompassing resource for assisting Latino students and their families in choosing schools, finding funding, and succeeding in college.

    Since 1950 charitable people have established more than 80 scholarship endowments.
  • Microsoft
    Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) is a company-sponsored employee network dedicated to supporting the continued growth and development of black employees at Microsoft Corporation.
  • National Society of High School Scholars Foundation
    The NSHSS Foundation provides STEM scholarships for underrepresented groups in order to help reduce financial barriers for those with academic and leadership potential and the desire to pursue STEM careers.

    Each year, Berbay Marketing & Public Relations awards a $1,000 scholarship to a marketing and public relations student.
