Community, Professional Education and Pathways Programs
The Center for Public Health Initiatives at NSU - located at the Virginia Beach Higher Education Center - partners with experts, community-based organizations, employers and others to provide a variety of training, workforce development and pathways programs. We welcome opportunities to provide and support ad hoc and ongoing programs focused on public health (as defined here), including factors that influence health, e.g., media or financial literacy and access to jobs.
