The Norfolk State University Spartan Pathfinders program is designed to assist Pell-eligible students in successfully navigating their college journey to help accomplish their career goals.

Spartan Pathfinders is open to all NSU Pell Grant-eligible students.
If I apply, does that mean I am automatically enrolled in the Spartan Pathfinders program?
Many students are interested in Spartan Pathfinders; therefore, space is limited.
Does it cost anything to be a part of Spartan Pathfinders?
No. Participation in this program is free.
Do I have to live on campus to participate in Spartan Pathfinders?
You do not need to reside on campus to participate in Spartan Pathfinders. However, you must be available for related activities, events, and campus opportunities.
What are the expectations for students in Spartan Pathfinders?
Students in Spartan Pathfinders are required to participate in events, activities, and summer
programs outlines in the four-year Spartan Pathfinder Roadmap.
