Unlock Account

Kentico Account Locked

If your account has been locked because you have reached the maximum number of invalid sign-in attempts, you will receive an email notification from website@nsu.edu.  Please follow the instructions below in order to unlock your account. 


NSU Faculty and Staff

  • Do not attempt to reset your password - this will not unlock your Kentico account.
  • Contact me at djones@nsu.edu - using your NSU Email. 
  • Do not call and do not open a ticket with Client Services.  

As the system administrator of Kentico, I will review your request and ensure you have permissions to the system.  Once I unlock your account, I will notify you through email.


Vendors / Other Users

If you are a Vendor or other user who has been granted permissions to Kentico, please follow the instructions below in order to unlock your account.

  • You will receive an email notification that your account is locked out from website@nsu.edu. Forward that same email to me at djones@nsu.edu - and request your account be unlocked.
  • This email notification will have a link where you are able to reset your password. However, resetting your password will not reset your Kentico account.  See the steps above. 

As the system administrator of Kentico, I will review your request and ensure you have permissions to the system.  Once I unlock your account, I will notify you through email.
