The Summer Housing Application Is Now Open!

The Summer Housing Application opened on April 1 and is available for both first-time and returning students.

Students who have already paid their housing deposit for Fall 2025/Spring 2026 are not required to pay the $65 non-refundable summer housing deposit.

Where to Apply

The application can be accessed through the Housing Self-service portal.

Application Restrictions

  • Summer housing is available to students who are enrolled in summer courses or involved in an approved program, activity, or special living need that currently were a student in spring 2026 or will be a student fall semester 2026.
  • Preference to fully enrolled students with 12+ credits and same exception level as graduating seniors for the term.

Fall 2026

First-time: Freshmen, Transfer, & Graduate

The housing application for new first-time freshmen, transfer, and graduate students is open. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of application. The housing application is due no later than June 1st at 11:59pm.

Returning Student

The Returning Student Housing Application opens Friday, March 27th, and is due no later than Monday, April 20th at 11:59pm. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required.

Students must be registered for Fall 2026 classes and enrolled in at least 12 credit hours to live on campus. Exceptions apply for graduate students and December 2026 graduating seniors.

  • Fall 2026 class registration begins Monday, March 23rd.
