The Learning Assistance services are is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
2. How do I book appointments?
Appointments can be made up to 2 hours in advance using WCOnline.
3. Does LAP provide after hours tutoring?
LAP is pleased to offer 24-hour tutoring via Smarthinking. Smarthinking can be accessed from Blackboard via your MyNSU account.
4. How long are tutoring sessions?
Tutoring sessions can range from 30 minutes to an hour.
5. What materials are needed for the tutoring session?
Please bring notes from the course, the textbook or access to the eBook, and all pertinent information related to the course. Providing this information during the tutoring session establishes an informative and effective tutoring session.
6. What is required to check-in with tutoring services?
The NSU ID card is required to check-in for tutoring assitance.
