Computer Specifications
Norfolk State University OIT offers a list of suggested standardized computer specifications for faculty and staff based on the most current technologies for desktops and laptops through Dell, our preferred vendor.

Share Files
Microsoft OneDrive allows you to share files with other people both inside and outside of Norfolk State University.

MOAT Security Awareness Training
Complete the MOAT certification for required training and policy acceptance. 

New Account
To request a new account download the Resource Authorization Request Form (Information Security Awareness Access Form) and the related Information Security Access Agreement Form. These forms are located on the OIT Forms webpage. Complete the online Security Awareness Training and forward certificate and the completed forms to Human Resources.

Password Reset
Remember passwords must be a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters and be no less than eight(8) characters. 


Virtual Computing Lab
Remotely access software from any location using the Virtual Computing Lab (VCL)
