Submitting a Ticket
Scroll down and click the large green button LMS (Blackboard) and Instructional Technology Support
Under Categories, choose the topic you need. Most student issues are Blackboard LMS Support
Under Services, choose the topic you need. Note: the OEL Support Team Chat link does not create a ticket. It provides a link to the live chat feature.
Click the large green button Request Service.
Fill in all the requested information, then click the Submit button at the bottom. |

Blackboard Technical Assistance
When seeking Blackboard Technical assistance, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Blackboard Username
- Contact Information: email address and preferred telephone number
- Course ID w/ section number
- Brief description of request: Provide detailed and descriptive information.
Note: Blackboard may experience service outages between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Fridays for scheduled system maintenance.
