Fall 2026
First-time: Freshmen, Transfer, & Graduate
The housing application for new first-time freshmen, transfer, and graduate students is open. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of application. The housing application is due no later than June 1st at 11:59pm.
Returning Student
The Returning Student Housing Application opens Friday, March 27th, and is due no later than Thursday, April 30th at 11:59pm. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required.
Students must be registered for Fall 2026 classes and enrolled in at least 12 credit hours to live on campus. Exceptions apply for graduate students and December 2026 graduating seniors.
- Fall 2026 class registration begins Monday, March 23rd.
The housing applications are accessed from the Housing Self-service portal.
Intent to Return / Renew Housing
All current residents must complete the Intent to Return/Renew Form to indicate whether they plan to return after Thanksgiving break and reside on campus for Spring 2026. This includes residents of Spartan Suites.
The Intent to Return/Renew Opens: October 1, 2025. Available via the Housing Self-service portal.
Deadline to Submit: November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM
- Even if you do not plan to return, the form must still be submitted.
- Students who are not returning must vacate their space and remove all belongings before checking out for Fall 2025 to avoid Spring charges and/or improper check-out fines.
How to begin?
To begin the housing application process, please read the information below carefully and complete the entire process. Your housing application will not be considered complete until you have submitted the finished housing application and paid the appropriate housing deposit. Both the housing application and the deposit must be received by the respective deadline to guarantee housing. Housing deposits are non-refundable.

The housing application is available through the Housing Self-service portal.
The Housing Self-Service portal is compatible with most popular web browsing software, except for Apple Safari. This includes the most recent and commonly used versions of:
