DNIMAS

Dozoretz National Institute for Mathematics and Applied Sciences

The Dozoretz National Institute for Mathematics and Applied Sciences (DNIMAS) was established in December 1985. Its goal is to address the severe shortage of minority scientists by producing graduates who are capable of successfully completing graduate studies in the basic and applied sciences, and of entering occupations in industry, government, and education.

Graduates of the Institute will also be capable of entering medical or other professional schools. Successful completion of the DNIMAS program results in a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
