Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee Meeting

The Norfolk State University Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of the Board will meet Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Pursuant to Executive Amendment 28 to HB29 (2020), the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any Board member physically assembled at one location.
The meeting will be held in open and closed sessions via the Zoom Webinar app. The open meeting can be accessed through the app using the following link to register:
