The Innovative Boss Movers (I.B.M.) Learning Community will connect with local and national businesses as well as successful entrepreneurs to gain a better understanding of business and the global market.
The I.B.M. Learning Community will:
- Assist students with their transition to college and their transition into their scholarly and professional identities.
- Develop advanced knowledge of business.
- Use real-life experience to enhance the academic world and relate academic work to real-life experience.
- Help scholars develop comprehensive transferable skills which can be applied to future employment.
