Financial Aid for Engineering Students
Norfolk State University offers financial support to qualified students. The aid awarded may be need or merit based. The types of awards provided include scholarships, grants, fellowships, loans and assistantships. Students with GPAs of 3.0 and higher and SAT scores of 1200 and higher are encouraged to apply for a variety of scholarships obtained through CSET.
DNIMAS (Honors Program) Scholarships
The DNIMAS Scholarship provides: Full academic scholarships for four years which includes: tuition and fees, room and board, books. Click here for the eligibility requirements and the application process.
Spartan Engineering
The Spartans Engineering Scholarships Provide: tuition and/or books for undergraduate students, tuition/stipends for graduate students.
The eligibility requirements are: Enrolled as a Full-time student in Electrical and Electronics (EEE) or Optical (OEN) Engineering (15 cr hr min, 18 cr hr max) with a highschool GPA of 3.00+, and a SAT/ACT score of 1200+. This scholarship is renewable based upon academic progress.
