The Division of University Advancement’s mission is to advance the University by: Involving constituents and stakeholders in the life of the University; Informing alumni constituents of University achievements, priorities, opportunities and challenges; Researching, identifying, cultivating and securing support and financial investments in the University; Being good stewards of our relationships and resources; and Promoting and enhancing the University’s stature and image.
The Division of University Advancement at Norfolk State University is charged with the task of coordinating fundraising programs and resource support for the university. These funds provide scholarships for our students; support for an outstanding faculty and resources to start new programs and enhance existing ones.
