Spartan Pathfinders uses a holistic, student-centered approach that blends academic support with career development and readiness. The program prioritizes individual connection, personal empowerment, and community building to ensure students feel valued, included, and equipped to succeed.

Our Mission

The mission of the Spartan Pathfinders program at Norfolk State University is to support Pelleligible students through a comprehensive approach that promotes academic success, personal well-being, and career readiness. By focusing on students’ holistic development and 
preparedness, the program empowers students to confidently persist, graduate, and transition into meaningful careers as well-rounded, resourceful global citizens and leaders for the 21st century
