The application for the Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 semesters are now available for students to sign-up through the Housing Self-service portal.
Housing Deposit
The housing deposit is paid through the Housing Self-Service portal. Please use the latest versions of web browsers like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and enable pop-ups for this website.
Do not use Apple Safari or Internet Explorer as both web browsers do not fully support the application.
Summer 2024
The Summer non-refundable housing deposit is students is $65.
Fall 2024
The Fall non-refundable housing deposit is $300.
Application Deadlines
The housing deadline for incoming NSU students is as follows:

Fall 2024
The housing application and $300 non-refundable deposit must be paid by:
- April 18, 2024 for Returning students (upperclassmen and readmitted)
- June 1, 2024 for First-time students (freshmen, transfer, and new graduates)
How to begin?
To begin the housing application process, please read the information below carefully and complete the entire process. Your housing application will not be considered complete until you have submitted the finished housing application and paid the appropriate housing deposit. Both the housing application and the deposit must be received by the respective deadline to guarantee housing. Housing deposits are non-refundable.

The housing application is available through the Housing Self-service portal.
The Housing Self-Service portal is compatible with most popular web browsing software, except for Apple Safari. This includes the most recent and commonly used versions of:
