QEP Committee Meeting Minutes

The QEP Committee Meeting Minutes represent the written record of what was discussed and agreed upon during a Quality Enhancement Plan Committee meeting. The Minutes are presented to inform the public and all stakeholders, especially, faculty, staff and students, about what occurred during the meeting, keep a written record of what was decided during the meeting, and use it to inform future decisions

The QEP Committee Meeting Minutes include the following information:

  1. Date, time and location of the meeting.
  2. The purpose of the meeting.
  3. Names of attendees.
  4. Agenda items.
  5. Decisions that were made.
  6. Actions that need to be done, including the deadline and who it was assigned.
  7. Follow-up meeting.
