Early Childhood, Elementary, & Special Education (EESE)

The Early Childhood, Elementary Education, and Special Education Department (EESE) in the School of Education at Norfolk State University provides undergraduate and graduate programs for students seeking preparation to work with children in the community, agencies, and PK-12 school settings. The department focuses on preparing critical thinkers who are committed in developing culturally responsive classrooms to meet the needs of 21st century learners.
