Initial Enrollment Requests 
 

Students using Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Education Benefits for the first time at NSU are required to submit a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA.  They must also complete and submit the NSU initial enrollment documents.  Students can come to the Military Services and Veterans Affairs Office to complete initial enrollment documents or request them by sending an email to VeteransAffairs@nsu.edu.       

Veterans Enrollment Reporting Form 
 
All returning students using Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Education Benefits must complete a Veterans Enrollment Reporting Form at the beginning of each term.  Click the link below to download the form.  Email the completed form to VeteransAffairs@nsu.edu.
 
Failure to do so will result in a delay of your enrollment certification with the VA.
