Web Application Services (WAS) manages and supports integrated applications used by faculty, students, and staff. WAS also provides custom applications to meet University needs when an appropriate vendor solution is not available. NSU custom applications support a variety of administrative processes and often facilitate integration between university systems to support business operations and/or student information systems. A few of the current responsibilities include management CRM Recruit and Elevate, CRM Advise, and maintain numerous in-house web applications.
