Step 2: Get SWaM Certified
If applicable, certify with the Department Small Business Supplier Diversity, https://www.sbsd.virginia.gov/certification-division/swam/
Step 3: Submit a W-9
Submit a most current Substitute W-9 Request for Taxpayer identification and Certification, W-9 Request for Taxpayer identification and Certification.
