To celebrate our diversity, the Office of the AVP for Campus Life and Diversity student organizations, University partners and community partners to observe and honor the customs, values, and traditions of different cultures with a wide range of heritage month celebrations and their contributions in the United States and globally.
These monthly programs honor the range of heritage months and cultural celebrations including Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month (September 15-Otober 15), LGBTQ History Month (October), Native American Heritage Month (November), Black/African American History Month (February), Women’s History Month (March), and Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month (observed in April), among others.
