The Dr. Patricia Lynch Stith Student Success Center sponsors the Spartans Preparing for Academic Rigor in College (SPARC) program, which is a four-week, academic enrichment program that provides incoming first-year students with tools and resources to transition into their first year of college. This is also an opportunity for participants to earn college credit for successful completion.

The mission of SPARC is to strengthen students’ academic skills, enhance their first-year experience in college and promote student persistence. SPARC provides an opportunity for students to become familiar with the NSU environment and experience campus life prior to entering the fall semester. Program activities are geared toward enhancing students’ academic skills to meet the rigor and demands of college coursework.

Stay tuned for information about the 2018 program.
