Student organizations and groups may be established at the University for any legal purpose, provided these groups do not discriminate with regard to race, creed, color, religion or national origin. Commuter Student Services contributes directly and indirectly to the enhancement of the educational experience of all undergraduate commuter students at Norfolk State University.
