NSU's Career EXPO is an ALL Major, ALL Classification, event that allows students to connect with organizations that will help them achieve their career goal. Students and alumni are encouraged to network with hiring managers and alumni from a variety of organizations. Attendees will earn about internships, full-time and career advancement opportunities and make connections that can lead to mentors and/or career experiences.
Attendees are expected to dress nice, have a resume, and be ready to share who they are and what 3-5 things they can offer the organization. Attendees are also asked to rate/score the organizations' booths so that the best booth and the more career engaged organization can be selected. This event is held both in person and virtual, to ensure that all participants are able to connect without minimum hinderances.
REGISTER FOR THE CAREER EXPO ON HANDSHAKE
1. Login/Activate your Handshake account using your NSU email address (nsu.joinhandshake.com)
2. Go to Events on the menu bar
3. View the Fall Career Expo event and select it
4. In the upper right hand corner, you’ll see Join Event
5. start selecting who you want to visit

11:00 AM - Doors open for the in person Expo
2:00 PM - Doors closed for the in person expo
2:30 PM - Interviews for the In-person expo will begin
4:00 PM - Interviews for the In Person expo will end
