Registration One Stop Shop and Advising

The Department of Enrollment Management and the Patricia Lynch Stith Student Success Center are excited to assist students with registration, advising, and financial aid matters. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Academic Departments, Enrollment Management, Student Accounts, the Patricia Lynch Stith Student Success Center and the Financial Aid Office will be offering virtual appointments for students to participate in our One-Stop-Shop service as an alternative to face-to-face contact. Face-to-face service will only be available for students that have a matter that cannot be resolved virtually. All Face-to-Face service matters will be handled in the Student Center, Room 149.

The One-Stop-Shop will be held from January 25–February 2. The hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Academic Advising will be done virtually.  

It is strongly encouraged for students and their families to utilize virtual appointments if possible. For those that require a face-to-face service, the following Health and Safety protocols must be employed:

·     Use of Face masks/Face coverings is required on campus.

·     Wash hands or use hand sanitizer.

·     Maintain physical/social distance between individuals; it is one of the best tools to avoid exposure to the COVID-19 virus and slowing its spread.

·     Avoid situations that would violate physical/social distancing rules, when unavoidable, use face masks/face coverings.
