HBCU Choral Festival

The HBCU Choral Festival will be held Sun., Feb. 19, 5 p.m. at the L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center. The concert is dedicated to the memory of Royzell Dillard, former director of choral activities at Hampton University.
