See the story here.   Residents in Norfolk Neighborhood Sing “Happy Birthday” to Retired NSU Professor Retired Norfolk State Professor James Brown got quite the birthday surprise in the midst of the recent coronavirus pandemic. A group of his neighbors in Norfolk sang birthday wishes to the longtime history professor, who worked at NSU for 40 years, outside of his home last week in Norfolk.
