The mission of the Office of Institutional Research (IR) at Norfolk State University is to provide accurate, timely, and relevant data and analysis in support of planning, decision making, and policy formulation at the University as well as in response to recurring and ad hoc data requests from external agencies at the local, state and federal levels.
