About Spartan Suites

Built in 2005, Spartan Suites is a 600-bed apartment-style community. This community is comprise of one, two, and four bedroom apartments, including full kitchens. Residency in Spartan Suites is open to students age 20 or older or have a minimum of 60 credit hours. A minimum 2.5 gpa is typically required.
