Effective July 1, 2020, the Code of Virginia Section requires state contractors who work with or around state employees to complete sexual harassment training developed by the Department of Human Resource Management.

COVID-19 - In response to COVID-19, the Procurement Team is teleworking, but continue to be available during regular business hours virtually, via email and phone.   Solicitations, pre-bid/proposal conferences and bid openings are conducted virtually via eVA.

  • Procurement Services administers the University’s procurement of goods and services. This office administers purchasing regulations and strictly adheres to the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA), the Commonwealth of Virginia Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM) and the Commonwealth of Virginia Vendors Manual.
  • Contractors and vendors are not to provide any products or services without a valid purchase order or completion of a small purchase charge card transactions.Verbal order request should not be accepted and are not considered valid University requests.
  • Bid or proposal receipt deadlines scheduled during a period of suspended state business will be automatically rescheduled for processing at the same time on the next regular business day.
