vide human resource services and programs, which consistently meet a standard of professional excellence and effectiveness.

To provide leadership to the broader University community in promoting sound managerial practices and standards which result in effective use of human, financial, technical and physical resources.

To model through organization and behavior a workplace whose standard is professional excellence in the services it provides, placing an emphasis on professional and collaborative working relationships while recognizing the importance of individual contributions.

Our Role
The Office of Human Resources is a service-oriented department involved in many key areas of the daily work life of the University community. Services are provided through administrative and support staff in the areas of recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and staff development.
