Financial Aid Virtual appointments
The NSU Financial Aid Counselors are available Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m. for Virtual Counseling Appointments. FERPA requires NSU to have the Release of Information Form on file prior to speaking with a parent or guardian regarding a student's record and information.

How to Send Your Documents

Student Loan Relief
COVID-19 RESOURCES - Your student loan(s) payments will automatically stop from March 13, 2020, through June 30, 2023.
Federal student loan borrowers are automatically being placed in an administrative forbearance, which allows you to temporarily stop making your monthly loan payment. This suspension of payments will last until Jube 30, 2023, but you can still make payments if you choose.
