Vehicle Registration Form

Please fill out the Vehicle Registration form for your parking decals. You will need your vehicle license plate number as well as the make, model and year.

First-Year Student Parking Waiver

All students who desire to bring a vehicle on campus for any amount of time must purchase a current Norfolk State University (NSU) parking decal. Due to limited parking, first-year students who reside on campus are not permitted to purchase decals or have a vehicle on campus unless a wavier is approved by the Dean of Students Office.

Payroll Deduction Form (for Faculty/Staff)

Sign up for payroll deduction are available from July 1 - September 30 for the 6-month payroll deduction plan. A year-long payroll deduction plan is also offered from November 15 - December 15.

Appeals Form

Appeals must be filed in writing within ten business days from the date the citation was issued. The Appeals Form (pdf) must be returned to the Office of Parking Services. Please make sure the address and phone numbers you list are complete, accurate and legible.

Emailed appeals are not accepted. Please submit all appeals directly to the Office of Parking Services located in the University Police Station (2501 Corprew Ave. Norfolk VA, 23504)
